By downloading or using WarrantyBox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time lifetime Premium purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• Premium features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account via "Restore purchases".

4. Free Plan Limitations

The free version of the App may include limits on the number of products, installment plans, or attachments. These limits may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes within the App.

5. Accuracy of Information

WarrantyBox is a personal organization tool. All warranty dates, payment schedules, and product information are entered by you. We do not verify the accuracy of any data you enter.

The App's warranty reminders and payment notifications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice. Always verify warranty terms directly with the manufacturer or retailer.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter into the App
• Maintaining a backup of your important data
• Keeping your device and iCloud account secure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available within the App and at our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
